Key deposit

Not all entrances can be directly controlled by electrical systems. Then, in such scenario, is it not true that although we need to use a regular key we would still like to control the entrance? Key deposit and key safes offer an elegant solution that allows us to not only issue the keys, but also control the release of other small items such as documents for company or rental cars based on specific authorisation levels. The possibilities and advantages of these systems may be further expanded by integrating them with other access systems.

When releasing or returning keys, the system observes the pre-set permissions based on established user identification rules (pin, ID card, biometrics) and subsequently records when and who handled and received what keys. The relevant data can be partially evaluated online, for example, when keys are not returned within a required time limit, or within the appropriate reporting mechanisms.
